Why would this roast pork double in protein?

Is there a typo here I'm missing, or is pork magic?

The text on my packet also says that 250g raw fillet, once roasted, shrinks to about 150g. OK. That I can accept. But how did its protein content more than double? 22g when it's 250g and raw, then when it's 150g and roasted it's suddenly 46.8g?

Because as it reduced in size the protein will be concentrated in a smaller volume of pig. You should really enter things into your diary raw as it's more accurate

I haven't eaten it yet :) I was planning the day. It generally does get logged raw as I log self-entered recipes.

OK, thanks, good to know. I think. My maths ain't so hot...

Loss of water and fat during cooking, mass of pork goes down for same protein hence higher %.

Even then it doesn't quite add up, http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=263745286 is better at the left column is 100g not 200g and that stacks up.

God I'm an idiot. I read the paragraph about 250g and shrinkage and thought the first column said 250g and it doesn't it says 100g...
