    My breakfast comes in 2 parts -

    pre-workout, 1 whey protein shake, with almond milk and a banana.

    and post workout, 1 light english muffin, 2 pats of butter, a half cup of cottage cheese, and 2 cups of fresh cut cantalope.

    Breakfast #1: 2 pancakes out of the fridge
    Breakfast #2: 98g of Edy's slow churned peanut butter cup (because I couldn't leave the last 32g in that big container all alone, could I?!), and a protein latte.
