Having A Healthy Relationship With Food

I have noticed as I've reached closer to my goal weight that the weight has come increasingly harder to shed, & that the smallest misstep is so noticeable on the scale (& these past few days have not been the best ...)
What I need is motivation, support & tips to stop being so obsessed with calorie counting. It seriously takes over my whole day. If I can't accurately put in the exact ingredients that was used I won't even eat it. I don't want to live like this anymore! Has anyone else gone through/is going through this?
All I desire is to have a healthy relationship with food, where food doesn't control me. I want to be able to have a small treat without worrying about when I can burn it off.
I understand this is a problem & a very personal post; please no mean or rude responses!!
