Fell of the horse and getting back on again

Hello everyone,
I would love to have motivation and support through my struggle of loosing weight. I loose ten pounds just as easy and putting the ten pounds back on. I can workout and eat healthy all week and then the second week I start the cravings again. I could use any tips that someone would love to give me. If anyone else goes through my same struggle we can try and work it out together for support. To stay strong.

    Hi...I have the same problem. I have not found a good way to stop the eating at this point. I read that one should have a conversation with yourself about the need vs. want of what we are planning on eating. I have not given it a try, but plan to.

    No real advice as I seem to do this a lot myself, my worst thing is the night time cravings ugggh. Try reading the success stories here to keep you motivated!
