Goals!!!

I'm trying to set some goals for myself weekly/biweekly not really sure yet. This week is

1. Eat a healthy breakfast within an hour of waking up everyday (seriously easier said than done for me!)
2. Drink more water!
3. Add in more veggies (I've been eating too much fruit and not enough veggies!)

Anyone else setting short term goals? What are they? Any suggestions? :)

    I need to master the press, bench press, back squat, front squat and the power clean. I'm not a huge fan of lifting so it's a struggle to pay attention to my form and get myself to do it at all!

    My goal is to finally loose the saddle bag on my thighs ever since I can remember to do this I need to do more strength training with my legs squats and lunges I need to do lunges I am lazy when it comes to that
