I feel your frustration about why your not losing weight.
Weight loss takes time, A LOT of time. It's not something that happens overnight, that is wishful thinking. If this was true, then nobody would be overweight. I wish I could tell you that it's easy but the reality is, it's not.
For females, it's much harder to lose weight than a male, that's the fact jack!
If you have set your weight loss at 2 lbs per week, this is a no-no in my book. It takes away a lot of calories to eat. This is one of the hardest things to do because your brain has mentally set itself into doing this. Then when you get on the scale, no matter how much you were at goal with calories/under and you exercised, you see that you gained or didn't lose. That's when you say "wtf".
Also, anyone that sets a time frame of when they need to lose weight by is another no-no and another stress trigger. Take each day at a time, find your mistakes, evaluate each day and learn what does and doesn't work for you. Eventually, you will get into your own weight loss pattern that gives you the results you want to see.
