Hi Guys

Photo: http://www.eng.nene.ac.uk/~10408529/Picture1.jpg

Need some advice on shifting this fat on my chest. As you can see from the photo, i have no definition at all really. The fat around my pectorals makes me uncomfortable, and as you can see the abs and love handles are also not great. Really want a nice summer body this year so want it gone as soon as possible!

I'm eating very healthily, running around 2 miles 5 days a week and i do dumbell workouts most days, doing pec flys, bench press, pressups etc...

I think when the fat disappears some nice tone will come through, but just need it gone. Any advice on the quickest way to get rid of it?

Thanks!

    You can't spot reduce.

Eat at a calorie deficit to lose overall body fat.

You'll likely lose it in the places you want to lose it most last. You can't choose where to reduce it from.

Other than losing weight on a deficit:
Only thing you can do is go on a bulk and try to build muscle mass underneath.

Spot reduction does not exist, your body will pick where it wants to lose fat from on its own.
