Hi Everyone!

I joined this site on the advice of an RN friend of mine. I am 59 years old and weigh 330lbs. My goal is to be 180 by May 2015, a lofty goal for sure but I do have the motivation.

I actually lost 104 lbs a couple of years ago and quickly gained it all back. I walk 4 miles a day, living in SoCal makes it rather easy to walk year round.

I really need help is figuring out to do meal plans for an active person. I eat a god balanced breakfast but fall by the wayside during the day and that is what is screwing me up.

I also actively date and that is an issue in that ordering good stuff while eating out for me is difficult. I welcome any and all suggestions in that regard.

So, Good Luck to everyone, let's help each other out and have fun doing it!

Have a sparkling day!
Joey

    Hi Joey,
You can do this! I started at 332lbs and could only walk 3 miles a day. By logging my food and sticking to 1800 cal a day, the pounds started falling off. I'm now down 94 lbs. I think you have set a very achievable goal if you exercise 5 days a week and log your food.
Feel free to add me and check out my food diary for ideas. I'd love to give you some encouragement and advice!
