So I've been doing this now for almost a month and I've lost 11 pounds and I was just messing around with my settings and it changed me from 1700 a day to 1670 a day. I guess I thought it would change on its own when it needed to. But how often are you supposed to go back and check to make sure you're eating the amount you need? I could have been over eating for a long time..and now it shows I have gone over which makes me crazy! haha

I do every 5 lbs. It goes down around 30 calories.
Well, I check every 5lb lost and already have it below daily recommendations so haven't had to adjust as of yet. But like to make sure just in case.0
