Does anyone know how to add calories for breastfeeding moms?

When you are entering your food, you can choose to "add quick calories" and on 500 calories for bfing. that's how my girls and i have been tracking it.0

My doctor told me 300-500 cals a day for breastfeeding. As long as you are past the six week mark.

My friend puts in as an exercise. 1 minute = 500 calories. Then you get the extra calories alloted to your food allowance.0

I do it in my food section. If you are exclusively nursing it should be 500 calories a day.0
