cardio then strength?? or vice versa??

I've read so many different perspectives on this, most of them contradicting ...
I'm curious on what others are doing. I do 2 days straight cardio, and 3 days strength with 20 minutes cardio. I normally do the cardio first, because it gets my blood pumping!

I have always from the beginning just done strength and cardio together. Jillian Michael's does it together in all her DVD's. I just let her kick my butt three times a week.0

either way is fine and good for you, some people have their own preferences, however for cardio it takes a bit for your muscles to warm up I think the ave i read was 15 min, so if you did your strength first, muscle burns more, so your muscles would already be warmed up and burning during the cardio0
