Was playing around with tdee cal. Put in my stats but with different ages. At present i exercise 5 days aweek intense but only enter reg. My bmr is roughly 1150,my tdee is 1600. Subtracting the recommdnded 15% i get wohoo 1400 a day. Now picture this in 6 yrs when im 60 and hopefully finally my goal weight of 120. Still exercising 5 days i get barely that to maintain. If i was 30 i get so much more. Dang it. If only i was younger and taller.lol

Oh yea i also lowered body fat % in one sceneario and that upped calories, glad you mentioned it. I do currently weight train. I eat between 1400-1500, havent any lost lbs in months, but my body comp has changed in last year, its just slower. It just helped me really understand why so many people especially women gain weight as they age. The loss of muscle mass starts around 30 so by the time your 50s if you havent been weight training your gonna see that middle age spread for sure.0

You probably won't lose muscle mass as young as 30.0
