Okay let's go...
But how do I get started, I've been hitting the gym
Broke my scales...literally...like it's all smashed ... My brother destroyed it...kicking it about and all
Now I've been trying to get new scales ever since but have been to lazy or have forgotten to get a new one.
Now last time I check I was 190lbs and fat. My goal, I've seen a lot of guys weighing at 170lbs and look great so I'm going to aim for that as my goal.
Has anyone managed to do it?
How? And how long did it take you...we all want fast results haha.
