Cancer moms/FT caretakers?

My 9 year old daughter has cancer, would love to connect with some other cancer moms looking to lose weight :)

    I just want to send my love and support to your daughter and your family!!!

    I haven't had a child with cancer, but I lost my mom to cancer when I was a young adult.

    Aww, I'm so sorry to hear. I have a son who battled when he was just six years old. It's a frightening time. On May 28th he will be 17 years off-treatment. :smile:

    My thoughts and prayers go out to you. I have not been in this situation. Taking care of yourself is important, but please be kind to yourself! Forgive yourself if things don't go as planned.

    Thanks everyone! She was diagnosed a year ago, and is in the maintenance portion of her treatment. It's been a really rough road, she's had a tough response to the chemo. She actually just got home from a stint of solitary confinement in the hospital, for chicken pox. She's such a fighter :)
