Here We Go!

My wife introduced me to mfp for a family weightloss challenge early this year. Its been 2 weeks since the challenge ended and so i have decided to start my own 12 week program

At the moment i am sitting at 133kg with 24% body fat. My goal this year is to get to 120kg and 18% body fat.

If anyone has tips on exercises for putting on lean muscle and burning fat, as well as what supplements or combinations of supps they use then add me.
