Assistance with my low carb / high fat diet

Hi all,

I recently went to a personal trainer / nutritionist to help me assist in my end goal and temporary goal of cutting down a bit of fat before I go away on holiday.

He recommended I go on a carb detox for 2 weeks and only consume carbs from nuts and vegetables.

This immedietly sounded like a keto diet and they way he explained what happens to my body during this process was also the same.

Unfortunately I cant get my head around the "high fat" content and my mind is telling me that its wrong haha.

Please can someone assess my diet below and tell me if i am on the right track. its 60% fats, 35% protein and 5% carbs.

Breakfast :-
4 x Whole medium eggs scrambled with 100% extra virgin olive oil (converting to coconut oil tomorrow)
1 x Rasher of unsmoked bacon
1 x 1000mg Omega 3 capsule

Mid-Morning :-
100g of chicken
1 x Rasher of bacon
250g of green vegetables

Snack :-
Handful of almonds
1/2 homemade egg mayo with 5 medium eggs and real mayo

Lunch :-
100g of chicken
1 x Rasher of bacon
250g of green vegetables

Snack :-
Handful of almonds
1/2 homemade egg mayo with 5 medium eggs and real mayo

Dinner :-
Tuna in spring water
250g of green vegetables

Supplements :-
Creatine Mono (Post workout)
Protein Shake (Post workout)
Zinc
Magnesium
Omega 3
CLA
L-Carnitine

Any help would be great!
