Cravings.

I am a cinnamon addict. I crave for it EVERY SINGLE DAY and I do have it every day, with fruit, cottage cheese, pancakes or bread. I just love the taste so much.

So I've done some research and apparently when your body is craving for something it is because your body needs it or is lacking in something. So, from what I've read craving cinnamon could be caused by some blood sugar issue.

What do you guys think?

I am also curious to know if there have been certain types of food that YOU crave for every day and then you finally realize why you crave for it in the first place? What was your body needing instead? or was lacking?

Thoughts?

I can crave chocolate without a deficiency. Or a nice glass of wine. Again, no deficiency. Most cravings are because you want or like something. And apparently have a limited spice cabinet  . The human brain is very susceptible to suggestion and we enjoy patterns. I wouldn't make any diagnostics.
