Attempting Keto diet

Today I start my ketogenic diet. It's not something I plan to stay on for long. I find it to be a fascinating idea and so my primary reason behind this attempt is just getting first hand experience with this diet.

Obviously attain a leaner build is a great secondary reason but because I also am concentrating on physical strength, this is not a diet which I imagine to help.

Any tips on 'go to' foods, motivation or just tips in general? My main concern is that I'll start it, won't be able to maintain the marcos and then I'll just be left with two weeks of too many carbs and fats.
