ok so I have a few...
I know how to make numerous dishes but not im changing them to "healthy"
someone let me know if this is still fatty lol
"baked ziti"
wheat penne noodles
turkey spicy sausage
italian seasoning galore
onion/garlic
spaghetti sauce (i use the one thats like less then $1 in a can)
-cook that all up noodles meat etc
- rather then actually baking it putting it into a bowl and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
^ this step I figure I wont just drown the whole dish in cheese
Chicken Enchiladas
wheat tortillas - 80 calories each
chicken
can of green chilis
green sauce (green chilie)
cook the chicken, shred it add the green chilis
then roil up into the tortillas
pour green sauce over the top of everything
lightly sprinkle mexican shredded cheese on top
bake in oven 350 for about 40-50 mins
"chipotle bowl"
combine in order
Brown Rice
pinto beans or black beans
chicken or cooked ground turkey
salsa
corn
cheese... maybe prob not
avocado slices
I think that's it...
any suggestion or changes I should make?

Depending on if you find you don't like the taste of wheat pasta (I like it but my spouse did not) you could also consider using Dreamfields brand pasta. The digestible carbs in that is lower but the taste is similar to "normal" pasta so my wife likes it and can still have it (she's type 2 diabetic).
We use Dreamfields in most things calling for pasta. Some also swap out pasta for quinoa (a grain that's similar to couscous but lower carb/cals than pasta)0 -
ooo looks like the Ralphs by my house has it
thanks!0
