Today's workout and Movie

Monday. No running today but an equally intense cardio with a full 80 minutes on the cross trainer. No fun. Then continue with weights. Today, 7 sets of 40 reps for chest work. That's 240 reps. Again, no fun but love to hate it.

Today's movie? We got a great movie from the 90s, "Boyz in the Hood" about life in South Central. Growing up in Southern Cal spending most of my life there, working in Los Angeles, it's pretty accurate depiction of the hood. Don't agree with everything in the movie but it's pretty good. Have a good one. Got some new bluetooth headphones too, so no more worry about wires. Later now.........
