Confused about activity tracking.

Should I still track my workouts even if I'm considered lightly or active lifestyle? Any advise greatly appareciated!

    For MFP your activity setting is pre exercise.

    So yes track your exercise and eat back 50-75% of your calories to fuel your next workout.
