    I'm in for this month...now that my sprained ankle is mostly (almost) healed. The ortho cleared me for low impact exercise. I think 5 lbs is more of a realistic goal than 10 lbs like some of the other groups.

    To kick-start May I went to the pool with @che3zie,for cross training.
    We are training for a half marathon, but my Achilles tendon has been sore this week so I didn't get to run.

    I've only been on MFP for about a month and have never done one of these before, so I'm excited and hopefully it works out well for me! I want to reach Onederland before my vacation in July.
