I am a bit late. But i would love to join in.. My ultimate goal weight is 150-155 lbs. Now, I am just concentrating on this month. I hope I will see a small progress by the end of this month.

I'm new to this I'm going to try. My starting weight on 4/22/14 was 305. My current weight not official from Dr until Tuesday is 285. So I'd really like my bmi to be under 25 but that will on my happen if I weigh less then 200, I am 5'11 with a large frame not really striving for less than 200........

I came back from a trip where I ate like a pig and gained 2 kg (4 lbs). Let's see if I can at least get back on track!

I must have lost a lot of water I think, since travelling makes me bloat! I only went to the gym one day so I will do more next week. I also want to reduce the intake of industrial snacks - some days they made 50% of my calorie intake :S I need to eat healthier foods! I think that I haven't been sleeping enough, and when I'm tired I tend to binge on snacks... So more gym, more sleep, less snacks next week!

I have been roasting my vegetables and my meats. I tried asparagus for the first time yesterday..It was great, roasted with a little olive oil and minced garlic.
My motivation this week has been my family ! They are sometimes joining in with me on the exercise now. They dont have much choice on the food cause im doing the cooking, They sometimes go back for more, but the foods are better choices.

How is this month halfway over already!! Hope everyone had a great week and are getting closer to your goals! I have not seen the 130's in 20 years, I am doing a happy dance!!!!! I start a clean eating challenge this week, lifestyle changes are amazing! My cravings for fast food and junk have almost completely gone away since I stopped eating it 4 months ago. And I feel so strong and full of energy. Look out 138, here I come!!0 -

Lost back down to the week before last so I guess that's a good thing! It rained this week so I didn't get to walk my mile and instead did different work outs inside (lunges/squats) Hoping for a better loss this week! In March I was able to lose 10.8 lbs I sure wish I could do that again!0 -

Yay! Right direction!! May not make 5 pounds this month but at least I've lost something.
This week I started stronglifts. I noticed that if I ate at my TDEE - 20% my weight stays the same and if I go closer to my TDEE I gain. I lose at MFPs recommended 1200-1300 but I don't want to eat that way forever. I did some research and found that it could be because my metabolism has slowed. Now I'm not working on getting it back up. I'm also now eating about 1600 (my TDEE - 20%) most days and less about twice a week. Hoping this helps. I've told myself (and still trying try to convince that person inside who hates the scale) that it's okay if the weight loss is slow as long as I'm making my body better (not sure she believes me haha).
