I'm trying a new workout this month from fitnessblender workout site. I ordered their 4 week for busy people workout. Hopefully I will see the results I want! Then afterwards I was going to do Body Revolution by Juilian Micheals :-)

The last time I did one of these (October) I found it really successful, so long as I remembered the challenge existed, haha. I've never been one for consistant weighing, just on they days I 'felt light'. I know my weight will be up next week, but hopefully it'll even out with a woosh mid month. I had previously set a goal for 133 by mid-July for an event, but this would get me almost all the way there.0 -

I'll give this a shot. Sounds like fun. I've been maintaining recently as I broke my ankle and spent the last couple of months with my foot off the ground. Need to kick-start my weight losses again.
