I really sort of gave up in April and now I feel so bad because of it, I only lost three pounds which whilst I'm so happy it's a lost, the I've been losing half a stone a month since Jan so I really wanted at least five pounds.... which I will achieve this month!0 -

I seem to be able to maintain a 2 lb loss each month. Last month I had a lot of emotional eating (actually it was the same for March also!) I'm shooting for a goal just under 5 lbs this month, but still over my average 2 lb/month loss. 154 lbs puts me at the high end of a healthy BMI (on most sites), so I am shooting for 1 lb below that.
