Getting back on track.

I use to use this website but then started forgetting to log things in then stopped all together. I did have some success before on losing a little weight with this and I want to try again. I had my 4th baby 7 weeks ago and now I am ready to get in shape. Nothing like my post pregnancy tummy to be my motivation. My kids are all little so it is difficult to get to a gym while I am nursing my little one. Does any one have some ideas for workouts from home that work. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

Do you have an xbox or wii? Xbox one comes with a free download for workout videos. it comes with Insanity, P90x, Jillian michaels and more.. I just recently had a baby as well and i try to get in workout time at home when the baby is sleep.

I am just getting started back also. I have been trying to lose weight for about 2 weeks. I lost 6 pounds, which was probably water weight, the 1st week, but did not lose any last week. I tend to get very discouraged easily. I have alot to lose. I guess I should not expect to lose more than a pound a week after losing 6 pounds in 1 week.

You could buy yourself a couple kettlebells of various weights, there are quite a few different exercises out there to get a full body workout in.
