Hello everyone, wow I can't believe I'm just starting to use this site now. I heard about it some time ago but never got around to check it out. Very useful tools on here. And I can see that this is the place to go to get some support by people who are going through or have gone through the same kinds of things.

I still have a ways to go in my weight loss journey. Thankfully my body responds very well to exercise and eating right. The pounds seem to fall off very rapidly even though I'm not specifically trying to lose it rapidly. Just over two months ago I weighed in at 267 lbs. As of today I weigh in at 215 lbs.

I'm starting a new program in the next week or so to kind of change things up. I look forward to using Fitness pal as a great source to help me reach my goals.
