Any menopause belly loss?

I am 53 years old, and am very, very slowly losing my belly. Never had a belly until the last 5 years - I gained about 30 lb and it's all in my center. I would love to see photos of any of you who have had some success reducing the menopause belly.

Thanks.

You cannot spot reduce. You gain all over and lose all over. If your body likes to store in your abs it will be the hardest to tone up. A normal weight, cardio and weights will improve your whole body, including your stomach. This is true for everyone.

Hi there. Our buddha belly is a challenge isn't it? It's hard to really imagine until it happens.
A friend of mine suggested Pilates because of the amount of core work. I've been doing that now for a year or so. I don't know if my little buddha is gone, but I definitely have gotten stronger.
Best of luck. And consider joining us here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/523-near-or-post-menopausal-group
