Menu planner

Does anyone know of a planner out there where I can enter in the things I like and it will generate a plan for me. I have looked at many different planners and they all come back with eat this smoothie or this salad etc. I would like to find something where I can just put in lists of things I like to eat and then it can portion out the day for me. So lets say I want to have chicken, turkey and salmon in my list and broccoli, green beans, zucchini and almonds, greek yogurt and olives for snacks.

Of course my list would be bigger but I don't want someones recipe I just would like to portion out the list of things I like throughout the day. I will decide how to prepare them I just would like the portion sizes for the number of calories I want in the day. Does this make sense to anyone what I am looking for. I really just want to plan out the week so when I go to the store I know what all I need for the week.
