Excercise points

I have been doing this for two weeks and really have been following it but not losing. Do people usually swap their excercise points for food or just ignore them and just eat the calorie points?

I'm not sure what Weight Watchers points translate to in terms of calories, but for general vagueness, most people eat back about 50% of their exercise calories due to the often over estimation of calories burned.0
