Hi all, i cant find a topic about eating your exercise calories so here goes!
Do i need to eat them even if im not hungry? i tried it at the start but i felt i was eating too much and eating even though i wasnt hungry so can i save them for a treat at the end of the week or should i really try to snack on them during the day? healthy snacks of course!

Many people find that MFP over-estimates their workout calories anyway, and therefore recommend eating only a portion of your exercise calories back.
I suggest you eat them if you are hungry, but not if you are full. Beware though, I have occasionally found that if I don't eat enough of them back I feel lethargic the next day. See how you feel, and if it's not working for you, have a cookie or two to make up the calories0 -
Thanks, i have only started so will see how i feel over the next few days0
