My net goal is 1650. My average calorie intake over the past 30 days

    Breakfast: 415
    Lunch: 512
    Dinner: 808
    Snack: 549

    Total: 2284

With this, I lost 1 lb per week.

I split mine into 3 meals and 2 snacks- the snacks are usually about 200 each, breakfast is 200-250 and the rest is split between dinner and lunch

A typical weekday looks like this:

Breakfast - 100 cals (breakfast bar)
    Lunch - 500 cals
    Dinner - 600 cals
    Snacks/Desserts - 160 cals

All of my "bonus" calories from fitbit tracking and exercise go towards more snacks or towards a larger dinner if we are eating something I love. :)

On the weekends I usually have a larger breakfast, smaller lunch (sometimes no lunch) and a larger dinner. I usually get more exercise in on the weekends to accommodate my larger breakfast and dinner.

Thanks for all of the great feedback. Going to start playing with how I spread mine out and see what works best for me. Definitely need breakfast, otherwise I am unpleasant by 9am (I start work at 5:30)
