Hello

I am new to this and never thought I would be doing something like this but I am a mother of 2 and now that they are growing up I am noticing that they are picking up on some bad habits and would like to be a positive role model for my children. I need to lose about 88 lbs and I just don't know where to start. I have being attending Zumba classes for a month now and have lost 9.4 lbs but i am in need of some advice on what to eat and stay away from or what else i can do to help the weight loss along.
