    There are a lot of temptations at my work as well. Some people like to cook or bake and would rather share than have it at home and eat it all themselves.

    Last year before my wedding I might have mentioned that I was watching what I ate, but usually (like now) I don't. There was one person who would comment on what I was or wasn't eating, but I took it with a grain of salt considering the source. Most people don't push or make comments.

    I've always been the one to plan dinners and make the deserts, so I get pressure from every direction as well. I just do my best to say no to treats and check calories before picking a restraunt.
