If your employer participates with a FSA then you can use this tax free money to pay your membership dues as long as you have a Note of medical need from your doctor. A medical need can be family history of (fill in the blank). I do it and its tax fee money to pay for my gym membership. Most people do not know this that is why I am passing it along.
I have to submit a note of medical need each plan year to my FSA provider. Each month I just submit my bill to the plan and I get reimbursed.
