    We raised chickens and love the eggs they provide! I like them scrambled, as an omelette, fried hard and dry with a touch of pam, hard boiled, deviled... just don't like runny yolks at all.

    I take 4 medium eggs and 1/4 cup of almond milk and put them in a glad steam bag and put them in the microwave for about 2.5 minutes and voila, omelette. No oil, not rubbery, really good and really quick. Then, I put Texas Pete hot sauce on it, yum.

    I have done them with peppers, cheese, ham, tomatoes, fresh salsa and mushrooms too. Whatever I have available in that list, I put in. Otherwise, it's just plain with the hot sauce :)
