Was'nt sure what catagory to put this in. About a month ago I started getting red itchy eyes and styes, I was googling this and some results said this could be related to hormone changes I know weight loss can do that. From what I can tell I have Blepharitis (essentially like acne in your tear duct and lash line) it reached its grosest point about last week and seems to be healing now. What I wanted to see is if anyone else has had similar problems and what type of doctor did they consult or did they just wait it out?

SEE AN EYE DOCTOR!!! That doesn't sound like anything OK.

I'll just repeat what evryone has already said. Go to a doctor-asap!

You don't realize how precious something is until you lose it. Watching my father lose his eyesight made this hit home.

    Take care of you!

Glad you got it sorted :)
Just fyi, blepharitis unfortunately cannot be cured, so it's a good thing it's not that (hopefully) but it can be managed. If you do get icky gooey crusty stuff again, a small amount of baby shampoo in some warm water gently wiped along your lids to clean them can do a load of good!
