I just did 30 seconds of each of these:

Jumping jacks
Plank left
Butt kicks
Plank right
Foot ball jog
Plank center
Burpees
Squats
Jump squats
Russian twist
Mountain climbers
Crunches
Box jump
Push ups
Mountain climbers
Bridges
Bicycle crunches
Leg raises
Jumping jacks
Donkey kicks
Butt kicks
Wall si

Plus 5 mins warm up and 5 mins cool down. How do I log these?? Lol high intensity!

    I think there is a category for "calisthenics, vigorous" which would probably be pretty accurate, but if not, I'd use "circuit training."

    get a heart rate monitor so that you get an accurate idea, they're not that expensive. otherwise, what the PP said.
