Reminder to Runners

For the love of Mike stretch. I have been giving it some real wellie and not stretching. Was pulled up by one of the trainers at the gym when I complained about a pain on the outer part of my left knee. Naughty me was not rolling after my long runs. I keep wondering why it is good to have running buddies and fitness trainers in your life? The answer is they periodically slap you upside the head and tell you to stop hurting yourself!
