I'm typing this on my phone so please excuse any typos in advance.
Hello all!
I stated insanity last week. I love it so much. I am not exactly fit. I weigh 175 and wouldn't consider myself a true true beginner, but somewhere in the middle of beginner and intermediate. Anyway. Today during my workout I felt a pull in my knee. It wasn't bad enough where I had to stop my workout but after I've finished I noticed it feels like a bubble. Idk it's a weird feeling. Almost like my knee is weak. I don't plan on going to the dr. Since it could just be fluid. I will take ibprophen tonight and see what happens tmrw. My other knee feels weak too. Idk how to describe the feeling. But maybe I should stop insanity for a while. What do y'all think? I can't say I'm not disappointed if it balls down to and I have to quit. I really do like it because I can feel my body getting stronger each day. That's what I've loved about it. So regardless I'm in this for the long hall and even if I do stop I'll continue to log calories hoping to drop some pounds in the process. Or I could do some 10 minute workouts on YouTube. What's ur advice? Should I keep going with insanity?

Talk to your doctor, stop for a bit and see if the bubble goes away.
