    I'm pretty damn good. I got my weight loss back on track. Woot! I've lost 5 lbs in the last month. I "ran" my first 5k on Saturday. Sadly, I hurt myself last week so I had to walk a lot of it.

    What about you? I haven't talk to you in ages.
