Motivation group!

Hello everyone! :bigsmile:

I’m really excited to get started. I’ve wanted to lose weight for a couple of years, but I’m really struggling to become motivated. I’m 200 lb and 5’5” and am looking to drop around 70 pounds. However, I both struggle to find time to fit in my workouts and eat everything in sight when I’m stressed out — not a great combination! My current workout plan is to run ~2 miles and do the 30 day shred workout five times a week, and strength train three times a week. I’m really interested in starting/joining a group with similar goals for some motivation!
