Not too sure if what I'm doing is correct?

Hey all,
I'm not sure if all my exercise and general food intake is actually going to work... I know I've only been logging since 29/9/2010, but I just want to know if I'm on the right track with most of my food intake (yes I know I shouldnt of had the muffin this morning - WHOOPS!).
But aside from that, I want to be able to tone up and get back into the shape I used to be and in a better shape come summer (in Australia).
Am I doing the right things? Enough exercise? What do I need to do otherwise??? Thoughts, suggestions... ideas??

Hi Crystal
I guess it depends on how fast you want results but as a general rule I would say stay away from any processed foods as much as possible- stick to fresh foods - fruit, vegetables, meat, chicken, fish. Not only do you not know what are in processed foods but generally they are pack with fat, sugar or both.
