Well since I am my trainers superstar (yeah pumping myself up) I was actually asked to do a testimonial for the gym with before and during pictures. I thought I would share it with you. I am down 61 lbs since I started and have 47 more to go. Yep she even had me take pictures around the gym.

"The first thing I did after joining Omni was sign up for the free training session. I had my initial assessment and was matched up with Allison as my personal trainer. Working out with Allison is like working out with a friend which is the kind of trainer that I needed. She also works my abs just by making the whole session fun and me laughing. She pushes me to my limits and keeps me going. I am down 60 pounds since February and wouldn't have gotten that far with out her.

    great job! keep up the good work! i joined in aug. and joined a gym 2 weeks later, have lost 14 lbs, have really enjoyed both!, you look great !!!!
