Ovulation while dieting and exercising?

I am on day 22 of my cycle and have gotten positive OPKs for 7 days straight. Usually I ovulate by day 18 for sure, usually around day 15. This is the first cycle that I am on MFP and using a Fitbit to incorporate moderate exercise. Nothing crazy -- I usually only do the recommended 10,000 steps and I have set MFP to give me enough calories to only lose 1 lb a week. And I "eat back" all the calories that I get from the Fitbit sync.

Anyone else experience crazy cycle changed when starting a fitness program? Or is this just a coincidence? What should I expect?

It's probably just coincidence. If you're eating at a reasonable deficit, like you are, that won't affect your cycle. I have very regular 26-27 day cycles, but every 5 or 6 months my cycle will be wacky.

Just keep doing what you're doing and see what happens next month!
