Greetings, everyone.

Here is the deal .. I've been on diet for 8 months now .. lost around 60kgs and I am feeling well .. the thing is .. I am starting to feel like 1200 Kcal a day is A LOT .. for me to advance and lose more weight .. I am sure it is the mindset you get when you are on a diet for too long .. but should I worry about this ? anyone had the same feeling ?

Thanks

When you are closer to your goal weight you should up your calories o.o
NOT lower them.. You need to get your body used to the transition to maintenance.

    Agree with sinisterly . . .

1200 for a man can't be good, you should amp it up
