Reducing Salt

Well - I definitely notice that my weight increases when I have a "salty" day as opposed to an "un-salty" day. Not bland - just less salt overall. Has anyone else noticed this impact over time and have any tips on keep the salt to a minimum? I'm not a sweet tooth but I am a salt freak (i.e. spices, hot sauces etc..)

    Minimizing salt will minimize water retention. Outside of that, it won't do much. Fat loss is achieved through a deficit of energy.
