Hi All!

Hi! My names Kate , and I am 19 years old , i am currently 170lbs :( , i am 5'3 so for my height and frame this is huge! my goal weight is 105-110 , this would give me a me a good bmi , i don't want to try and fail a fad diet so i am trying to eat healthily and exercise more , my problem I'm finding at the moment is motivation , i always promise myself to go walking ect and end up more often than not , not bothering , also i am always below on my calorie intake , I'm trying to up it a little bit to save from my body going into starvation mode and not getting everything i need but i live in a house of 7 and my cupboards and fridge are stacked high with processed junk so ive started to eat oatmeal for dinner as well as breakfast because its the least nonfattening thing we own , i am also currently unemployed so have to rely on the foods my parents buy so making healthy meals is difficult :/
