Tetris to kill food cravings

Saw this article a while ago, and totally forgot to share it here!

Basically the premise is that by playing tetris (or many other games) your mind can become so immersed that it will temporarily "forget" that you're hungry, etc. Thus: you're standing in line to grab some food. That hamburger looks good. I mean, really good. Step aside a few minutes, play a game or two on your phone, go back in line and get your grilled chicken. Bam.

Thoughts?

I have to admit that I've been playing Tetris Blitz and because it's timed and hands on type of game, I find that it's harder to "snack" while playing this particular game. Additionally, I do forget about cravings..partly due to my competitive nature. but this is a subjective opinion..that for me is true.
