Hi all!

I'm about to turn 26 in August and have struggled with my weight for the last 4-4 and a half years. About a month ago i was finally fed up and have been eating healthy, watching my portions and going to the gym 5-6 days a week.

The last few days i've been super unmotivated and I guess just in a "rut", i've lost 9lbs but haven't been able to see or feel it. Guess i'm looking for some encouragement and motivation. There are so many amazing people on here it would be nice to hear some similar stories.

I'm hoping to lose a total of 75lbs. 66lbs to go!

In my personal experience (this is just me - not judging), when I start out fast I lose a lot quickly and then burn out. I've noticed that if I start with small changes, I keep doing those. Then when I'm comfortable, I do something new. It's stuck for almost a year now, and I'm slowly losing. For me, just logging food helped. Then I started making better choices. Then I started actively trying to lose weight. Good luck finding something that works for you. :)
