Yeah I feel somewhat more confident too. I was never really that insecure to be honest, especially for someone of my former size (307 lb at my heaviest). But now I feel more relaxed in general, for example I am not too concerned about if my shirt is clinging to me or how I look in certain positions (i.e., seated). Before, body anxiety took up more of my thoughts. It is nice to feel more "free" in that area and I think it has allowed me to focus more on the people around me and the places I am in...to be more present in general.

I truly don't think my personality has changed that much after losing 120 lb though (total). I think I am the same, pretty much. If anything I am slightly less outgoing because I am more relaxed and comfortable with myself. I am still friendly and talkative, but before I was far more of a people-pleaser, I believe that I was often subconsciously "compensating" for my size.

I'm actually more self conscious, but I'm also good at taking things by the reins and just having an inner feeling of "I can do anything!" That, and my anxiety disorder affects me much less now, which allows me to refuse to hold back on things.

I'm still too early into this to see a personality change. I am hopeful though that I will gain more confidence as the pounds continue to drop off. But as far as who I am, I can't see it changing that much.
